I became a therapist because I believe people are far more resilient than they often realize. My passion is helping individuals work through trauma, overcome obstacles, and reconnect with the parts of themselves that may have been buried by life’s challenges.

I work with teens, adults, and first responders, providing a compassionate and down-to-earth approach to therapy. I specialize in trauma treatment and utilize EMDR, IFS, ART, and DBT to help clients find relief, gain insight, and create meaningful change.
